This privacy policy explains how Biomind Talent handles information when you visit this website. Biomind Talent is a DBA of MTO Ventures LLC, based in Bend, Oregon. Because we keep this site simple, we collect very little.
Privacy Policy: The Short Version
- The contact forms email your message to us. The site does not keep a permanent database of form entries.
- It has no user accounts or newsletter sign-up.
- This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (see Analytics below) and does not use advertising trackers.
- The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check provided by Cloudflare, and we do not accept resumes through them.
Information You Send Us
If you email connect@biomindtalent.com or call (484) 883-6300, we receive your message and contact details. We use them to reply and to discuss hiring needs or opportunities. Our email and phone providers handle these messages on our behalf. Also, please do not send sensitive personal information by email.
Contact Forms
Our forms ask for your name, email address and a message. Depending on the form, they may also ask for your company, phone number, LinkedIn profile address, role or therapeutic area, and the best time to call. We use these details to reply to you and to talk about hiring needs or opportunities.
When you send a form, the site sends it through Microsoft 365 to Biomind Talent’s contact mailbox. Microsoft 365 delivers and stores the message. To protect the forms from automated spam, they use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused bot check provided by Cloudflare. It runs when someone loads a page with a form, so your browser connects to Cloudflare at that time. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how it handles that information. The forms also use a hidden field and a timing check on our own site. Likewise, please do not include sensitive personal information in a form.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs help keep the site secure and working. However, we do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
Cookies
We do not set advertising cookies; analytics cookies are described in the Analytics section. However, WordPress, the software that runs this site, may set functional cookies for people who log in to edit it. Visitors do not need to log in.
Links to Other Sites
This site links to LinkedIn and may link to employers’ career sites. Because those sites have their own privacy practices, we do not control them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to delete an email conversation or correct your details by writing to connect@biomindtalent.com.
AI-Assisted Processing
We may use AI-enabled tools to help us research, organize, summarize, screen and draft in connection with our services. We treat information you share as confidential, and we take care with it when we use these tools. AI helps with screening and preparation, and people make the decisions about candidates.
If you would like a person to handle your information without AI-enabled tools, or to review AI-assisted work about you, email connect@biomindtalent.com or call (484) 883-6300. Doing so will not disadvantage you. You can read more in our approach to AI.
Analytics Under This Privacy Policy
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It uses cookies and collects usage information such as the pages visited and general location. We do not use it for advertising personalization.
